            如何選購消毒柜?

             自己在網上研究了一段時間,我來講講我的選購邏輯,可能有不全面的地方,為了不打廣告,我會把牌子的信息都隱去;第一,選二星標準的消毒碗柜,比一星多殺一類細菌;沒有標注自己是二星標準的可以delete了;第二,選擇消毒類型,目前有三種主流方式,臭氧,紫外線,高溫。高溫是以前最通用的消毒方式,當然也有缺點,比如消毒完以后餐具很燙拿不起來,不能消毒塑料類(嬰兒奶嘴),竹筷子,等等不耐高溫的材質,如果消毒之前碗上有水漬消毒完以后碗會變黃等等等一系列問題,所以出現了臭氧和紫外線。但由于紫外線不能做到完全殺滅細菌,所以一般紫外是作為輔助作用出現的。即高溫+紫外/臭氧+紫外或者三種都有。排除選項:1.某些品牌為了證明自己能消毒塑料等不耐高溫的產品,會宣傳自己是中低溫消毒,但如果你去問客服,他會告訴你是80攝氏度,Em……我從來不知道這個溫度可以殺細菌的,難道是巴氏消毒法嗎?2.某些品牌宣傳自己能臭氧消毒的,但是卻沒有提到怎么把產生的臭氧清除掉(即管殺不管埋)如果你去問客服,他會告訴你我們產生的臭氧濃度是符合國家標準的(Em……都符合國家標準的人體健康的臭氧濃度了,濃度這么鬼低,請問是怎么殺菌的???)而且沒有專門的臭氧排出管道(所以臭氧就直接排到廚房了,當然你也可以說它馬上就在空氣里面被還原成氧氣了),客服人員貼心的提示,如果有需要可以放一袋活性炭哦~(Em……我也從來不知道活性炭還可以吸收臭氧)基本上就這些了,消毒方式請按需選擇,這里再次提示我們,學好數理化,走遍天下都不怕。

In order to prove that some brands can sterilize the plastic and other products that are not resistant to high temperature, they will publicize that they are sterilized at medium and low temperature, but if you ask the customer service, they will tell you that it is 80 ℃, EM I never know that this temperature can kill bacteria. Is it pasteurization? 2. Some brands publicize that they can disinfect ozone, but they don't mention how to remove the ozone produced (i.e. tube killing and burying). If you ask the customer service, they will tell you that the ozone concentration we produce conforms to the national standard (EM All of them meet the national standard of ozone concentration of human health. The concentration is so low. How to sterilize???) And there is no special ozone discharge pipe (so ozone is directly discharged to the kitchen, of course, you can also say that it will be reduced to oxygen in the air immediately). Customer service personnel intimately remind that if necessary, you can put a bag of activated carbon I never know that activated carbon can also absorb ozone) basically, please choose the disinfection method according to your needs.
